About Charles Sturt University (CSU)

Charles Sturt University is Australian multi-campus university with campuses in four states of Australia – Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Australian Capital Territory. This 1989 established university has campuses all around the Australia. In overall, Charles Sturt University offers about 400 undergraduate courses in the field of agricultural sciences, allied and health pharmacy, animal sciences, business, communication, engineering, humanities and social sciences, information technology and psychology. The annual tuition fees are $22,800 for business courses and $18,400 for Arts/Education.

Scholarships for international students

Likewise, a Vice-chancellor International scholarship is the scholarships program that is introduced to celebrate the CSU new campus opening in Port Macquarie. Generally, this scholarship covers the $5,000 to $10,000 from the tuition amount of an international student. Moreover, any international students with good grades intending to enroll in any scholarship eligible at Port Macquarie courses can apply for this scholarship.

Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Applied Science (Outdoor Recreation and Ecotourism), Bachelor of Business Studies, Bachelor of Creative Arts and Design (Graphic Design), Bachelor of Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Environmental Science Management, Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (With Specialisations), Bachelor of Medical Radiations Science (With Specialisations), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Paramedicine, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Bachelor of Social Work (TAFE integrated), Master of Customs Administration, Master of Professional Accounting, and Master of Information Technology

Other Eligibilities

i. Firstly, Applicants must be an international citizen at the time of application other than citizen of Australia and New Zealand.

ii. Similarly, applicants must have completed Australian High school equivalent. In addition to that, they must have at least 75% or equivalent GPA.

iii. Moreover, every applicants needs to meet the course entry requirements as well as English language proficiency.

iv. Also, every applicant must have letter of offer for any scholarship eligible course at Port Macquarie campus. At the same time, applicant must be commencing full-time study.

Application Procedure

In order to apply for Vice-chancellor International Scholarships, all the applicants must have received offer letter for July intake. In addition to that, it is necessary to submit personal statement of approximately 1000 words. Whereas, the personal statement should mention that what makes you eligible for scholarships and how you will be involved and benefit Port Macquarie Community.
