The Buhooth Scholarship Program is an ambitious initiative that aims to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The scholarship aims to offer Master’s and Doctorate scholarships to UAE Nationals, giving them the opportunity to concentrate on their studies and research. This scholarship also helps develop specialized human capital in the areas of science and engineering for the benefit of national institutions. To be accepted to the Buhooth program, you must be registered in selected Master’s and Doctorate programs offered by Khalifa University of Science and Technology, or top international universities
Benefits from Buhooth Scholarship Program
Selected scholars will be eligible for the following benefits
- You will receive a Monthly stipend to cover your living costs. The stipend worth of AED 30,000 – 33,000 for Masters and AED 36,000 – 39,000 for PhD.
- Selected scholars will receive full coverage of tuition fees
- You will receive support and funding to attend international research conferences
- Scholars will also have the opportunity to visit international several research centers
Eligibility Required for Buhooth Scholarship Program
- Firstly, This scholarship is solely dedicated to nationals of the UAE
- For consideration, you must meet must the admission requirements of the academic degree program that they are applying to.
- You must demonstrate academic excellence in your previous studies since this scholarship is highly competitive and awarded on academic merit
- Scholars applying for the International Buhooth Scholarship must have excellent credentials and provide a letter of offer from a top-ranked international institution.
- You must be able to apply and receive admission for a selected Master’s and Doctorate programs. Offered by Khalifa University of Science and Technology, or top international universities
Applications for Buhooth Scholarship Program
For the scholarship consideration, you must secure admission for a selected Master’s or Phd Program at Khalifa University of Science and Technology or at an institution abroad. There is no separate application for for the scholarship, therefore applicants will automatically considered for a graduate scholarship, if applicable.
