Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Manager for the Adult, Child, and Adolescent Outpatient Services within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC). Under the direction of the Program Director, Outpatient Services, the Program Manager will provide clinical and administrative direction and oversight to assigned programs, and closely monitor program integrity to comply with all regulatory requirements. Also, responsible for ongoing program development and implementation of best practice interventions.
Duties:
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Provides administrative and clinical direction for program.
- Also, ensures that supervisory level staff members and the assigned programs comply with all state, Rutgers and discipline standards.
- Additionally, assures that clinical documentation and other documentation meet quality, quantitative and time standards.
- Moreover, maintains certifications and/or memberships in appropriate professional bodies as indicated by annual vitae update, continuing education record, and updated licensing.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline and five (5) years of postgraduate experience in a relevant behavioral healthcare setting.
- Also, two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Additionally, an appropriate doctorate may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
Certifications/Licenses
- Applicants possessing a degree in Social Work must have an active New Jersey certification/licensure as required by the State Board of Social Work.
- Likewise, clinical licensing as required by discipline.
