The Bookstore at St. Catherine University invites applications for a Bookstore Coordinator position. This is a regular, part-time position working  20 hours per week.

The incumbent must meet the following for Vacancy for Bookstore Coordinator in the USA:

  •  Assist with the management of inventory, supply chain, replenishment, and fulfillment of bookstore purchases including apparel, gifts, office and school supplies, snacks and beverages, and over the counter items.
  • Furthermore, fulfill online orders and customer inquiries in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Similarly, communicate and provide customer service to in-store and online customers that aligns with the mission of the University.
  • Moreover, marketing and social media promotions
  • Also, open and close the Bookstore as needed
  • Likewise, provide work direction to student workers
  • Additionally, assist with sales at on-campus events, occasionally on weekends or evenings.

Minimum Qualification

The qualification for Vacancy for Bookstore Coordinator in the USA:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Also, Retail experience
  • Likewise, Experience communicating with a wide variety of people of all ages, ethnicities, religions and backgrounds. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MBS Software program: ARC (encompassing: TA, GM, InSite)
