- Additionally, the University will award the Prize annually to the full-time student achieving the highest grade in LAWPUBL 424 Immigration and Refugee Law, LAWPUBL 443 Refugee Law, or LAWPUBL 444 Immigration Law.
- Furthermore, in the event of a tie, the student achieving the highest mark in LAWPUBL 424, LAWPUBL 443, or LAWPUBL 444 will be awarded the Prize.
- Also, as a minimum standard, the student must receive an A- grade.
Value of Scholarship
- The Northey Prize in Immigration and Refugee Law 2020 will provide NZD 1,000.
The University of Auckland Council will award the Northey Prize in Immigration and Refugee Law 2020 on the recommendation of the Dean of the Faculty of Law (or nominee).
