1. Try to be happy all the time

2. Isolate yourself from stressing thing and people
You will never treat yourself with ultimate happiness and positive vibes until and unless you did not get rid of all those people and things that is causing negative impacts on your physical, emotional and social status. You do not have to go to work daily if your boss is abusive, you can stop eating the same breakfast over and over again if you really hate it. Similarly, it is perfectly fine if you lose friends who push you to drink or its sensible even if you broke with partner who cheats on you. The main thing is that you should not give your precious time and attention to something that upsets you.
3. Try something new and productive
Doing something productive is the great method of distracting yourself from day to day physical and emotional chaos. Not to mention, but there are still so many things you want to do in life but hasn’t even tried yet. You can try or plan for those things instead of sitting depressed in one corner of your apartment. Either you can try something new and productive thing which is exciting and cool, something like playing violin or piano if you do not know how to. You can even join any clubs or charitable foundation to raise fund and awareness.
4. Good food and Practice Yoga
These are the external process of collecting calmness inside your flesh and muscles. You need good amount of vitamin and nutrients to make your body healthy and sharpen your mind. So treat yourself with good food containing proper nutrients. Similarly, Yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system. Maintain good level of personal hygiene and diet to make your body jelly and jolly.
