Before evolving into first British college of Advanced Technology in 1956, Aston University has started as Birmingham Municipal Technical School back in 1985. Global Excellence Scholarship
Global Excellence Scholarship is the scholarship program to support and encourage the students to start their academic journey at Aston University from September 2019. Scholarship amounts £3,000 and £5,000. Students with a good academic record on their previous course are likely to get the scholarship but a decision will be not be made just with view on grades.
Eligibilities
i. You must be intending to start your program at Aston University in September 2019
ii. You must have Letter of Offer from Aston University in any program excluding undergraduate course in Medicine
iii. You must satisfy course criteria and English language proficiency test set by university
How to apply?
For £3,000 scholarship, you do not have to submit different application form other than the course application at Aston University. But students need to attach a personal statement with their university application in order to process £5,000 scholarship. The personal statements should explain that what makes you eligible for scholarship and it should not be of more than 500 words.
