The university provides merit based scholarships too but I am not sure if international students are eligible for them. Better look their profile in OYA School or search in their website or maybe ask them.

Ohio State University-Main Campus has 8% of international students.It is always difficult to get into a US university as an international student, especially when you require financial aid. And Ohio State University-Main Campus doesn’t provide need based aids to international students.
Ohio Northern University provides aids at an average of 27782 per student meeting 24% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 24714 need-based grant.
