In order to apply for the UK study visa you first need to apply for a course at a UK university.Once you get the offer of admission from the university the relevant documentation has to be done keeping into consideration the guidelines put up by the UK High Commission for the international students.

Yeah, I agree with the previous answer. Try searching for sponsorships in your country as well. The university provides merit based scholarships too but I am not sure if international students are eligible for them. Better look their profile in OYA School or search in their website or maybe ask them.
