Apply for the Research Fellowship Program in the USA. The deadline for the application is 15th September 2020. The fellowship is for Bachelor, Masters degrees. The program allows faculty to conduct a research project to address important questions concerning Student Affairs at UIC. Fellows in the program will identify important questions related to Student Affairs and answer those questions during a year-long fellowship program.
Benefits of UIC Student Affairs Faculty
Selected Fellows will receive up to $25,000, including funds for a one-course buy-out or summer salary, and research-related expenses. The course buy-out must occur during the year in which the faculty member serves as a Fellow. Also, research-related expenses can include software, conference-travel, graduate research assistance, etc.
Additionally, as needed, Fellows will also receive data support from Student Affairs staff. This data support can include accessing local data sets, creating databases from institutional data, consultation on institutional data, etc. Furthermore, it is not the intention of the support to provide statistical training.

Also, the faculty member’s executive officer will need to sign off on any course buy-out at the time of application.
