The University of Tsukuba is excited to announce its Mabuchi International Scholarship Foundation for overseas candidates. This grant is open for the academic year 2021/2022.

The educational program seeks to support the talented and deserving students who want to undertake an undergraduate and master’s degree at the University of Tsukuba.University of Tsukuba is a large coeducational higher education institution. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Applications are accepted from all around the world
  • Also, the university offers undergraduate or Master degree program in any subject.
  • Likewise, to be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Those who are financially in need and have difficulty attending school (household income of less than 5 million yen)
  • Additionally, those who have the Japanese language ability (generally N2 or higher) necessary for studying at university

Offered Benefits

The University of Tsukuba will provide the award of a Monthly scholarship of 100,000 yen to the students who want to study in Japan.
