Apply for the Rose Parker Scholarship 2020 at Curtin University. The deadline for the application is 14th August 2020. The scholarship is for Bachelors degree in the field of Aboriginal Studies, Business and Law, Health Sciences, Humanities, Science & Engineering.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for the Rose Parker Scholarship,
- Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian Permanent Humanitarian Visa holder or New Zealand citizen
- Additionally, be a care leaver; i.e. has spent time in statutory out-of-home care as a child
- Also, enrolled at Curtin University in semester 2, 2020
- Likewise, minimum course weighted average (CWA) of 50 (if applicable)
- Additionally, willing to participate in one or more of the following:
- A handwritten thank-you note to the donor
- Also, meeting with the donor (facilitated by the University Advancement team)
- Likewise, impact report outlining how the scholarship has helped you with your studies and what the scholarship means to you
Value of Scholarship
The Rose Parker Scholarship will provide the following support as a one-off payment,
- A cash payment of AUD 2,000. The amount can be used at the recipient’s discretion to contribute towards educational related expenses.
