Apply for the National Hero Award September 2020. Coventry University is providing this award to pay tribute for healthcare workers fighting the Coronavirus (COVID-19), service and bravery with the brand new National Hero Award.
The University will fully fund the first year of tuition fees for successful students who qualify for this significant award. They will start their studies as an undergraduate or postgraduate student with us in September 2020. Depending on their course, students will study at either the Coventry or London campus of Coventry University.
Eligibility
The University welcomes scholarship applications from health professionals who want to enroll in a healthcare course run by its Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Additionally, if the applicants’ personal statement shows that they have gone above and beyond the call of duty during the 2020 Coronavirus outbreak, the University can consider their scholarship application on its own merits.
In addition, you must:
- Successfully enroll in the September 2020 intake at Coventry University or Coventry University London in order to receive the award.
- Additionally, hold a conditional offer to study a course at Coventry University or Coventry University London.
- Also, they should have applied as a self-funded student paying international tuition fees.
- Likewise, the applicants should not be progressing through the University’s partnership with Cambridge Education Group or ISC London.
- Similarly, they should be a Chinese national, and be living in China when they apply.

You cannot combine this award with any other Coventry University scholarship or discount. If you were eligible for two scholarships or discounts, the University will award you the one that has the greatest benefit to you. Coventry University has sole discretion to assign, vary or withdraw this award.
