• Academic Records of Polytechnic Diploma (GPA 3.0) or GCE ‘A’ Level (Average Grade B) or equivalent
• Likewise, participation in Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) or equivalent
• Furthermore, exhibit leadership qualities
• Similarly, submit Scholarship essay (500 words or more)
