Value of Scholarship
- The total annual value of the Ph.D. in Building Nutrition-Focussed Food Relief 2020 including stipend and fees is approx. AUD 60,000 – AUD 70,000 p.a.
- Additionally, Curtin Ph.D. Stipends values at AUD 28,092 p.a. for up to a maximum of 3.5 years.
- Furthermore, the successful applicants for Ph.D. in Building Nutrition-Focussed Food Relief 2020 will receive a 100% fee offset.
Also, this research project will analyze the nutritional quality of the charitable food supply in a number of food relief organizations, test procurement targets to improve the nutrition quality of the food supply, develop a fit-for-purpose food classification system and procurement criteria, identify opportunities to improve the nutritional quality of the food supply, develop nutrition policy for a variety of types of food delivery models, and explore dignified food provision models.
