Ripon College has 4.5% of international students.It is always difficult to get into a US university as an international student, especially when you require financial aid. And Ripon College doesn’t provide need based aids to international students.

Quinnipiac University has 2.2% of international students.It is always difficult to get into a US university as an international student, especially when you require financial aid. And Quinnipiac University doesn’t provide need based aids to international students.
I don’t think Pomona College provides scholarships based on merit. At least they don’t have it on their website.
Piedmont College provides aids at an average of 22356 per student meeting 75% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 18824 need-based grant.
