        Yeah, University of New Hampshire does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

        Presidential Scholarship
        Total Worth: $5,000 – $7,000 for NH residents; $10,000 for non-residents
        Eligibility: $5,000 – $7,000 for NH residents; $10,000 for non-residents
        Minimum Criteria: 1390+ SAT / 29+ ACT composite ;Valedictorian or Salutatorian class rank (New Hampshire Resident) Or Rank in top 10% of graduating class
        Separate application needed: No

        Dean’s Scholarship
        Total Worth: $1,000 – $2,000 for NH residents; $4,000 for non-residents
        Eligibility: $1,000 – $2,000 for NH residents; $4,000 for non-residents
        Minimum Criteria: 1200+ SAT / 25+ ACT composite
        Separate application needed: No

        Hamel Scholarship
        Total Worth: $5,000 to $10,000
        Eligibility: $5,000 to $10,000

        University of New Hampshire provides aids at an average of 24020 per student meeting 78% of students need. 99% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 6851 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including College of Engineering and Physical Sciences Industry Scholarship and Peter T. Paul Scholarship.
