        Yeah, University of Denver does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

        Chancellor Scholarship
        Total Worth: $26,000
        Eligibility: $26,000
        Requirement for maintenance: enrolled full-time (at least 12 credits), a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00, pass a minimum of 66.6% of all courses attempted, must complete degree within 150% of the minimum credits required to graduate
        Separate application needed: No

        Provost Scholarship
        Total Worth: $24,000
        Eligibility: $24,000
        Requirement for maintenance: enrolled full-time (at least 12 credits), a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00, pass a minimum of 66.6% of all courses attempted, must complete degree within 150% of the minimum credits required to graduate
        Separate application needed: No

        Dean Scholarship
        Total Worth: $22,000
        Eligibility: $22,000

        University of Denver provides aids at an average of 41860 per student meeting 88% of students need. 99% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 34932 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including Endowed Scholarships and Talent Scholarships.
