        Yeah, University of Chicago does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

        University Merit Scholarships
        Total Worth: $5,000-$10,000
        Eligibility: $5,000-$10,000
        Separate application needed: No

        University of Chicago provides aids at an average of 54438 per student meeting 100% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 48113 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including Chicago Police and Fire Scholarship and Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Educators Award.

        Can the University of Chicago provide a need based scholarship that would cover both full tuition, accommodation and board?
