      • Yeah, University of Central Missouri does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

        Red and Black Scholarship
        Total Worth: Varies
        Eligibility: Varies
        Requirement for maintenance: Maintains status as a full-time UCM undergraduate student (12 or more undergraduate credit hours) each semester, and
        Achieves the minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average required upon completion of the second semester as a full-time student at UCM (and each academic year thereafter).
        Separate application needed: No

        Non-Resident Scholar Award
        Total Worth: Covers 25%, 50% or 100% of non-resident fees.
        Eligibility: Covers 25%, 50% or 100% of non-resident fees.
        Requirement for maintenance: Maintains status as a full-time UCM undergraduate student (12 or more undergraduate credit hours) each semester, and
        Maintains legal residence status as a non-Missouri resident, and Achieves the minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average required upon completion of the second semester as a full-time student at UCM (and each academic year thereafter).
        Separate application needed: No

        Transfer Student Scholarship
        Total Worth: $1000 per semester
        Eligibility: $1000 per semester
        Minimum Criteria: Cumulative transfer grade point average of 3.50 or higher on all post-high school
        Requirement for maintenance: Maintains status as a full-time UCM undergraduate student (12 or more undergraduate credit hours) each semester, and
        Remains in good academic standing (not be placed on academic probation), and Maintains a minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average of 3.25 upon completion of each academic year.

      • University of Central Missouri provides aids at an average of 754 per student meeting 64% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 615 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including Choose Red Grant and Second Generation Grant.
