Details Army, Navy, and Air Force ROTC Scholarship recipients, who choose to attend Westminster and also choose to live on campus, will be awarded a full room and board grant at a double room and full meal plan rate. ROTC Scholarship recipients choosing to live off campus will receive a $2,500 grant. Students who receive both an ROTC scholarship and room and board grants are not eligible for other Westminster College scholarships as entering students.
