Details Available to any student whose parent has been ordained by, and is actively serving in a full-time, paid position in a church, parachurch, or missions organization that teaches the gospel of Jesus Christ and affirms the core values of Samford University. The church or agency where the parent works must provide the principle part of the minister’s income. Such employment must be indicated on student’s competitive application for admission by December 1. Submission of the Minister Dependent Scholarship Application is also required by December 1. This award is four-year renewable.
