Yeah, I agree with the previous answer. Try searching for sponsorships in your country as well. The university provides merit based scholarships too but I am not sure if international students are eligible for them. Better look their profile in OYA School or search in their website or maybe ask them.
Your statistics are obviously above 25% of the students admitted in the last class by University of Wisconsin Madison. But the college applications are much more than just these scores. So, write good essays and get great recommendations and you should be on your way to University of Wisconsin Madison next year. Best of Luck!
