Friends, I really don’t know much about these things. To be honest, I just didn’t study much in school 🙂 In general, I was thinking about getting residency in the US. I read a little bit about it and I often saw that the main reason why employers are looking for people with EB-3 visas is the labor shortage. In general, the situation is that in the United States they are looking for permanent workers, and for an EB-3 visa you need to work at least one year in the job you applied for. So it is a win-win situation, the employer gets a permanent and interested employee, and the employee gets residency in the United States.
