        Yeah, Guilford College does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

        Nathan Hunt Scholarship
        Minimum Criteria: Based on academic performance

        J. Floyd “Pete” Moore Scholarship
        Minimum Criteria: Based on academic performance

        Eugene Thompson Scholarship
        Minimum Criteria: Based on academic performance

        Guilford College provides aids at an average of 29257 per student meeting 90% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 4565 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including Bonner Scholarship and Legacy Scholarship.
