I don’t think Cooper Union for Advancement of Science and Art provides scholarships based on merit. At least they don’t have it on their website.

Cooper Union for Advancement of Science and Art provides aids at an average of 46708 per student meeting 74% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 24749 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including Half-tuition scholarship.
