Hi, friends! I have recently started thinking about creating a more comfortable workspace, since I spend most of my time at the computer. Lately, I have been hearing more and more about ProgressiveDesk and their height-adjustable desks. I have heard that this helps not only to increase comfort, but also to improve health. But here is the question: do height-adjustable desks really help to avoid back pain and fatigue, or is this just a marketing ploy? Have any of you tried the products of this company? How much is it worth investing in such things if you are on a budget?

I have actually used an adjustable standing desk from ProgressiveDesk and I can share my experience. When I first started working remotely, I didn’t think my adjustable standing desk would make such a big difference to my well-being, but over time, my back and neck pain became more and more noticeable. Working at a regular desk, I spent a lot of time sitting, and after a few hours, I would start to feel my legs and neck getting numb. When I started looking for solutions, I came across height-adjustable desks and decided to give them a try. At first, it was strange because I was used to sitting at a desk, and here I could stand. But literally after a week, I noticed that my back pain became less intense and fatigue didn’t accumulate so quickly. It really helped. I sit when I need to and stand up when I feel tired. It allows me to be active even while working.

It’s interesting that you’ve noticed improvements after a few weeks of use. I’m in the market for a new desk because I often notice back and neck fatigue. Although I haven’t tried the ProgressiveDesk, I’ve heard that they really take ergonomics seriously. It’s certainly worth asking, and it’s great that you shared your experience.
