I recently dined in Restaurant Bohinj, and it was just too wonderful! They were so careful with the seasoning, especially with the pink himalayan salt which placed its accent on each dish. It contributed a combination of flavors that a standard salt just doesn’t offer. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend trying out their dishes – you’ll wonder what you’ve missed!
