Pearsons School of Floristry

Pearsons School of Floristry (PSF) is the training arm of Pearsons Florist. PSF is an ASQA-accredited private Registered Training Organization.

Pearsons Florist is a family business owned and operated by the Pollak family since 1969. Over 45 years later, Pearsons has five stores across Sydney as well as a website.

The establishment of the Pearsons School of Floristry was a big step for the Pollak family. As Pearson’s reputation grew, so did the number of customers asking about how to learn about floristry. The school started with a short course program, then developed a program for people who wanted to make flowers sector their profession. PSF has trained over 1,500 florists to date.
