Le Cordon Bleu Australia commenced operations in 1992. The TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute, Ryde College is the venue for Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Institute. Located in the leafy suburb of North Ryde, 17 km north of the Sydney CBD, its specialist tourism and hospitality facility is one of the largest in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Institute has proudly been offering Le Cordon Bleu programs since 1996. The Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Institute offers vocational, undergraduate, and postgraduate study programs in partnership with the TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute, and Ryde College.
