Assistance with visa, health insurance, a pre-departure webinar and information on suitable accommodations are some of the topics discussed.

Upon arrival, a free airport reception service is made available for students. After students are settled, an extensive university orientation is scheduled to prepare students for life and study in Australia. Other support services offered at La Trobe include the one-hour appointment with International Student Services (ISS) and 24-hour student support hotline. Apart from these, La Trobe offers international student scholarships and financial assistance.

The annual undergraduate tuition fees are $27,000 for business courses, $25,500 for Arts/Education, and $29,260 for Engineering/Science.

La Trobe offers numerous undergraduate and postgraduate coursework scholarships to students. La Trobe’s Academic Excellence Scholarships (AES) cover tuition fees for high-achieving Australian and international students accepted into any undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs. The university also has a range of scholarships to support postgraduate students who are undertaking higher degrees by research.
