Food Safety Operations Queensland (Trading as FS Alliance) – RTO Code: 30814, is a well established Company in the meat and food processing training sector. Food Safety Operations Queensland (FSOQ) is Privately Operated Registered Training Organisation delivering Nationally Recognised Training throughout Australia. It was given the responsibility of the Sydney 2000 Olympics Quality Assurance and Safe Food Handling procedures in the area.

FS Alliance provides courses on Meat Industry, Food Processing Industry, Laboratory Industry, and short courses. Some of the programs it offers are Certificate II in Meat Processing (Food Services, Abattoirs, Meat Retailing), Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning Room, Meat Safety, Food Services), Certificate IV in Meat Processing, Certificate II & III in Food Processing, and Certificate III in Laboratory Skills.
