The English College of Adelaide (ECA) is a NEAS endorse ELICOS college located in Adelaide, South Australia. Established in 1991, ECA is a college which caters for students determined to acquire the English skills needed to succeed in social, business and academic life. It is located in Adelaide’s university district, in walking distance from Flinders University City Campus, and is also close to TAFE SA and other vocational colleges. ECA strives to provide high quality, personal attention to all students in a warm, friendly environment.
ECA was established in 1991 and between 100 and 150 students have graduated each year. ECA graduates have enjoyed a high success rate in IELTS examinations and in higher education.
Students go to ECA from all over the world – Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and South America. Their ages range from late teens to 60s.
ECA is quality endorsed as a provider of English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS). Quality endorsement indicates that the provider has demonstrated achievement with the NEAS Quality Assurance principles in English Language Teaching.
