Overview

Colorado State University is a public institution established in 1870 with city setting located at Fort Collins. It is ranked 151 in National Universities in 2024 edition of Best Colleges. Colorado State, also known as CSU, offers more than 150 degrees in eight colleges, with graduate programs in the schools of business, engineering and education and the renowned College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. CSU is considered one of the leading research universities, and faculty and students work together to explore fields such as atmospheric science, infectious diseases, clean energy technologies and environmental science.Outside the classroom and research lab, students can get involved with the more than 350 campus organizations, including about 35 fraternities and sororities. Student athletes can find sports at the recreational, club and varsity level, with the CSU mascot and colors reflecting the school’s past. CSU began as an agricultural school, so the sports teams were called the Aggies and their colors were green and gold to represent farming.

Details To be considered for the Partnership Award first-time students must:

1. Have participated in a CSU Partnership program
2. Be admitted to full-time degree seeking program on Colorado State University’s main campus for the fall term. CSU Online students are not eligible and awards are not made to students starting in the Spring nor Summer terms.
3. Submit a complete application for admission by the priority date of February 1. Admitted students (who met the February 1 application date) can submit new transcripts until March 1 to strengthen their application for admission, however funding may be limited after February 1.
Students who have been involved with multiple CSU Partnerships will receive only one Partnership Award.
