Box Hill Institute is a Victorian vocational and higher education provider based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne in Victoria. Box Hill Institute has three campuses in Box Hill (Elgar, Whitehorse, and Nelson), one in John St, Lilydale, and another at the former Swinburne University campus in Jarlo Drive Lilydale.

Box Hill Institute is the descendant of two Box Hill area technical schools: Box Hill Technical School for Girls and Women and Box Hill Technical School for Boys.
Box Hill Institute offers a large range of vocational courses. It covers areas including hospitality, tourism, health, beauty, automotive, transport, carpentry, electrical, refrigeration, construction, plumbing, engineering, business, commerce, art, graphic design, dance, music, fashion, live production, English, English as an additional language, ELICOS, VCAL, VCE and more.
International students are required to have a minimum of 5.5 in the IELTS in order to get admitted to the college. Other language tests offered by the institute are TOEFL, PTE, OET, and CAE.
