Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre is a Registered Training Organization (RTO) since 2001; RTO Code: 40064. A service of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (SA Branch), ANMEC offers a variety of education options. It has trained students in courses at Certificate III level since 2004, Diploma level since 2005 and Advanced Diploma level since 2009 and was recognised as the SA Small Training Provider of the Year – 2010. ANMEC delivers nationally accredited courses spanning nursing, aged care, health and community services, ranging from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma level. ANMEC also offers a wide range of Continuing Professional Development courses for those already working in the field. Some of the qualifications ANMEC provides includes Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing), Diploma of Nursing and Advanced Diploma of Nursing, Graduate Certificate in Wound Management, Certificate III & IV in Sterilisation Services, and more.

ANMEC facilities are located at 191 Torrens Rd Ridleyton. ANMEC is housed within The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation’s (SA Branch) purpose-built facility, approximately 10 minutes travelling time from the Adelaide CBD.
