New apartment building called Godrej Msr City has opened in Shettigere, which is in North Bangalore. According to Godrej Properties , this neighborhood covers 62 acres. The Godrej Msr City Master Plan wants to build 4,000 homes with two or three bedrooms. The new Shettigere launch costs ₹1.18 crores* to begin with. There are metro stops close to the city at Doddajala and Chikkajala. It's also only a 15-minute drive from KIADB, and SH 104 and NH 7 make it easy to get there.
