Elmira College provides aids at an average of 32600 per student meeting 77% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 23911 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including 1855 Award and Simeon Benjamin Award.
Yeah, I agree with the previous answer. Try searching for sponsorships in your country as well. The university provides merit based scholarships too but I am not sure if international students are eligible for them. Better look their profile in OYA School or search in their website or maybe ask them.
